REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want every little swimmer to love their goggles. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. To start, email luminusglowstore@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipping needed on our end.

Change of mind If you simply changed your mind, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.

Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item (or approve a no-return refund for defective items).

Non-returnable For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or are not in original condition, and any final-sale items, are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order changes & cancellations Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processing and cannot be modified.
