SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: 5–12 business days after processing (delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees).

Shipping cost: FREE shipping on orders over $40. Orders under $40 ship for a flat $5.99.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Customs & duties: International orders (Canada, UK, New Zealand) may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Delays & lost packages: We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help file a claim.
